In 2008 Purple Hat took roughly 25 panoramas during his Sierra adventure, and the best will be shown here! While the size varies depending on different variables, the three he has enlarged are a whopping 8' x 3'. These are no longer matted since he would rather show you image than mat, and he can only get museum quality non glare that is 8' long. These are only sold framed in a Cynthia frame painted black and under museum quality nonglare. The finished product is a couple of inches larger than 8' and 3'. Smaller sizes are available.
While they are obviously huge, they are stunning in a home. Purple Hat, when not showing all 8'+ x 4'+ of 9 Sierra Shrooms, "stores" it on a wall in his family room.
9 Sierra Shrooms and Maria Lake @ Sunset were taken in 2007. Marie Lake @ Sunset is approximately 5' x 3'.
Purple's Sunset and Blue Sunrise are 60" x 12" and printed on canvas and stretched on stretcher bars gallery wrap style, meaning that the color continues onto the 4 edges. These two, PH's first dyptich, are only sold as a pair. There are less than 30 left. These were shot in 1999.
All images have on the back of them an original poem written by Purple Hat about the image, with the exception of Purple's Sunset and Blue Sunrise. For these two, you will be given the poem.
While these panoramas are pricey, they are stunningly worth it! They are also a good investment, as each one is personally signed and personally numbered by Purple Hat. Each image is limited to only 30 reprints!
