All of Purple Hat's art is large, and printed in the giclee method. All of his work is limited editions of 30 (30/30 is the first in a series, 1/30 is the last), and is numbered and signed by him. With the exception of Purple's Sunset, his work is 20" x 30" (for a horizontal) or 30" x 20" (for a vertical). Purple's Sunset, on canvas, is 60" x 12".
With the exception of Purple's Sunset, all of his work comes on either foam core cut to 28.5" x 38.5" or canvas, 20" x 30", or 30" x 20", gallery wrap style, meaning that the image extends on the four sides to the back. Only Purple's Sunset comes on canvas, gallery wrap style. Unencumbered by matting and frame, his work on canvas is just pure color, which looks great against white or off white walls, or wood paneling.

All of his work is shipped flat and protected by lots of bubble wrap. For the images mounted on foam core, the number and signature are put so they will be visible just above the matting at the bottom of the image.
All of Purple Hat's art comes with an original poem about the image written by him that has been laminated and glued to the back of the foam core. As it is not advisable to glue the poem to the back of images on canvas, the poem is sent to you. All poems are from Purple Hat's upcoming book "I AM NOT A DIP! AND OTHER POEMS FROM THE JOHN MUIR TRAIL!" Excerpts from some of these poems are included herein.
As Purple Hat thinks that credit cards are hurting American consumers, and fattening the already too fat banks and credit card processors, he does not accept them, taking checks and money orders instead. If you really don't have the cash to buy one of his pieces of art, you could always go down and get an advance against your card, and then go buy a money order. Wall of China Mart, or as some people call it, Wall Mart, sells them for $0.25. Faster shipping, of course, occurs with orders paid by money orders.
You get the next number in the sequence until it is gone, at which time the image is removed from this website.
